Check your address

Make sure that your address is up to date!
How to update your address?

​Login into the HUB, and search for "D-Tools HR".

On that page, you'll find a section for you to check your address or to update it.

Make sure you hit "Submit" to save your changes!
Pay stubs

Download copies of your pay stubs for the last six (6) months of your employment.​

Download the last pay stub for each calendar year.

Download all your W2s.
Comp Tickets
Don't forget to download your Comp Tickets and save them as PDF files on your computer.​
H Drive
If you have any personal files in your H Drive, make sure to download them before you lose access.
Disney Aspire
Don't forget to download anything relating to your Disney Aspire.
Make a journal
Don't forget to document your journey!
Include important dates, projects you worked on, things you were apart of, awards, accomplishments, and whatever else you find important!
Retirement Plans
Don't forget about your company provided retirement plan if you were in a role that provided one.
Stock
If you purchased stock while with the company, make sure to download any information relating to it.
